Denver Movers Space collects only what it takes to quote and carry out a move. This page explains exactly what that is and what happens to it.

What we collect

When you send the quote form or start a chat, we receive your name, phone number, email address, the two addresses involved in the move, your preferred date and anything you type into the details field. When you call us, we keep the same information in our dispatch notes.

Our site records basic technical data through standard web server logs: IP address, browser type and the pages you opened. This is used to keep the site working and to understand which pages people actually read.

How we use it

Your details are used to prepare a quote, schedule a crew, issue a certificate of insurance to your building if you ask for one, and contact you about your booking. If you ask us not to contact you again, we stop and mark the record accordingly.

Who else sees it

We do not sell contact information and we do not pass it to lead-generation networks. The only third parties involved are the service providers that run our site hosting and our customer messaging platform, and they process the data only to keep those tools running for us.

We disclose information beyond that only when a law, subpoena or court order requires it.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not turn into a booking are kept for up to twelve months, in case you come back to us. Records of completed moves are kept as long as accounting and insurance rules require, then deleted.

Cookies

The site uses a single browser storage entry to remember whether you chose the light or dark theme. Our chat widget sets its own cookies so a conversation survives a page reload. Blocking cookies in your browser will not stop you from reading the site or calling us.

Your choices

Write to hello@denvermovers.space or call (720) 538-4624 to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We answer these requests within thirty days.

Children

The site is meant for adults arranging a move. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page. Material changes that affect existing customers are communicated directly.
