Office and Commercial Moving in Denver

The goal of an office move is not speed. It is that nobody notices it happened.

Office and Commercial Moving in Denver in Denver

We move small and mid-size offices across the metro, from six-person studios in RiNo to forty-desk floors in the Tech Center. The work happens on a Friday evening or over a weekend so your team walks in Monday to a room that already works. Nobody spends a billable morning hunting for a monitor cable.

Planning starts with a floor plan and a label scheme. Every desk, chair, monitor and box gets a tag that matches a numbered spot at the new address. The crew unloads to the tag, not to a general pile, which is the difference between a move that ends at midnight and one that drags into Sunday.

Electronics get their own handling. Monitors are padded and boxed, workstations are bagged with their own cables and hardware, and server racks are moved by the same two people start to finish. We do not touch live network configuration, but we coordinate cleanly with whoever does so the handoff is not a mystery.

For the building side, we handle the usual requirements: certificates of insurance for both addresses, reserved freight elevators, dock time and after-hours access. We would rather spend an unpaid hour on the phone with a property manager in advance than lose three paid hours waiting on a locked loading dock.

Reviews

Clients who booked this

They moved a slate pool table down a flight of stairs without a scratch on the walls or the table. I had three companies decline to quote it at all.

Victor AmayaCentennial, CO

The staircase in our old place has a brutal turn at the top. Their lead took the sofa apart, moved it and rebuilt it in fifteen minutes. No drama, no gouged drywall.

Renee KowalskiLittleton, CO

Studio move that finished in the three-hour minimum. They were straight with me that it would, and they still showed up with a full truck of equipment for it.

FAQ

Office moving: common questions

Can you move us over a weekend so we do not lose a business day?

That is how most of our office work runs. Load Friday evening, place and rebuild Saturday, leave Sunday as a buffer. There is no weekend surcharge on the hourly rate.

Do you move server racks and network gear?

We move the physical hardware, padded and upright, with the same two movers handling it the whole way. Powering down, disconnecting and bringing systems back up should stay with your IT team.

What about the desks and chairs we are not keeping?

We load them on the same run and dispose of or donate them for a flat haul-away fee based on truck volume. Getting it done in one visit is far cheaper than booking a separate removal.
