The garage was the disaster I warned them about and they still finished inside the estimate. Everything labeled, everything stacked, nothing broken.
Apartment and Condo Moving in Denver
Downtown buildings run on paperwork and reserved elevators. We speak that language so you do not have to.

Apartment moves are won or lost in the building office. Most towers along Broadway, in LoDo and in the Golden Triangle require a certificate of insurance on file, a reserved freight elevator and a strict move window. We send the certificate the same day you book and, if you give us the property manager's email, we handle the exchange directly.
On the ground, a two-mover crew handles most studios and one-bedrooms in three to four hours. We carry masonite for lobby floors, corner guards for elevator door frames and enough blankets to pad the car itself so the building does not charge you for a scuffed panel.
Walk-ups are their own animal. A third-floor unit in Capitol Hill with a turn at every landing adds real time, and we would rather tell you that up front than pretend it will go as fast as a ground-floor job. When the stairs are steep we usually recommend a third mover, because the labor cost is almost always cheaper than the extra hours two people would need.
Short-notice apartment moves are the easiest thing to fit into our schedule. If your lease ends on the 31st and you remembered on the 29th, call anyway. We hold two crews each week for exactly this.

Clients who booked this
Booked on a Tuesday for a Thursday move. Same rate as if I had planned it a month out. No short-notice penalty, which is apparently rare.
Four bedrooms and a full basement. They sent four movers because they said two would turn it into a twelve-hour day, and they were right. Honest crew sizing saved me money.
Apartment & condo: common questions
My building needs a certificate of insurance. How fast can you send it?
Usually within the hour during business hours, and always same day. Send us the building's exact legal name and address requirements and we forward the certificate straight to the management office.
What if the freight elevator is taken when we arrive?
We work what we can by stairs and keep loading, and the clock keeps running because our crew is there and working. Reserving the elevator in advance is the single best thing you can do to keep the bill down.
Do you charge extra for stairs?
No stair fee. Stairs cost time, and time is already what you are paying for. We tell you honestly at quote time how much longer we expect a walk-up to take.
